    All of these links are forbidden; did the server’s file permissions get changed?

    Something got changed for sure. The server software was upgraded a few days ago (OS, Apache, the whole lot) and something must have changed, though it’s not yet clear to me what.

    any chance you have any of the 16bit IBM /2 compilers?

    I don’t have anything in a “nice” form. Is there something you specifically need the IBM compilers for, where the Microsoft originals somehow don’t work? Microsoft C 5.1/6.0 is newer and better than the IBM branded compilers.
